I am 12 years old and i play little league and i need a new bat. However, after this season, i will be going to travel baseball. Right now, the bat i have is 4 years old and too small, so i was wondering if i should buy the Easton 2009 Synergy IMX LZN1 (-12) Youth Baseball Bat or the Demarini CF3 -11 Youth Baseball Bat. So whichever bat i buy, i will be using for the rest of this little league season and for when i play travel next year.

I'd have your dad ask about the league rules. If you can use a big barrel - definitely do it. If your little league plays real little league standards - you have to use a 2 1/4" barrel. But if they play Babe Ruth rules (which is more than likely what you're travel ball league plays) you can use a 2 5/8" barrel. You can get -10s in senior league bats but most are -8s or -9s.
