how can i hit homeruns in ASA softball?
Im 601 and weigh 220. i swing a demarini juggernaut 2 28 ounces. i would like to know some ways to train for distance and connection. I hit the fence rims every once in a while but other guys just cream the ball over 330 ft. the bat is rated at 98 no faster.
Try to make sure your not dropping your hands, or dipping your shoulder. Stay straight & watch the ball hit the bat. Bring your hips around before your hands, and never swing with just your arms. Hands go straight down at the ball. Dont try to get below it like a golf swing.
